Terms & Conditions

Group Chat Policy: Section 1 – Disclaimer

  1. Non‑Medical / Non‑Therapeutic Services
My Reset Lab (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides peer‑support and educational group discussions (“Group Chats”) for general wellness, personal growth, and community connection purposes only. Our Group Chats are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition, nor are they a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other licensed healthcare services.

  2. No Professional-Client Relationship
Participation in our Group Chats does not establish a professional‑client, patient‑provider, therapeutic, fiduciary, or other regulated relationship between any participant and My Reset Lab—or between any participant and any facilitator, moderator, or fellow participant. All facilitators and moderators are trained peer‑support guides or wellness coaches, not licensed therapists, physicians, or healthcare providers.

  3. Participant Responsibility
    a. Personal Discretion & Consultation: Before implementing any ideas, suggestions, or strategies discussed in Group Chats—especially those related to mental health, medical care, or personal well‑being—participants should consult a qualified healthcare professional.
    b. Voluntary Participation: All participation in Group Chats is strictly voluntary. Participants retain full responsibility for their actions, decisions, and any outcomes resulting from information shared or advice offered in the forum.

  4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

    • Disclaimer of Warranties: My Reset Lab disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any content shared in Group Chats.

    • No Liability for Damages: We—and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents, facilitators, and volunteers—shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from participation in or reliance upon content shared in Group Chats, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

  5. Emergency Situations
If you or someone else is in crisis or experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please call 911 (U.S.) or your local emergency services immediately, or proceed to the nearest emergency department. Crisis hotlines (e.g., 988 in the U.S.) may also offer immediate, confidential support.
